Images must be relevant to your testimonial & you must own the rights to the photo.

Photos must be at least 400 x 400 pixels. A maximum of 5 photos may be sent (Maximum of 5MB per photo).

All testimonials published become the property of CHPI and may be republished and used for any purpose.
